We choose the right route for each family — non-lucrative residence, digital nomad visa, highly qualified professional or family reunification — and prepare the full application. The investor residence programme was discontinued on 3 April 2025.

Relocation focuses on the physical move: finding a home, changing schools and moving. Global mobility also covers the planning before and the support after: choosing the right residence route, tax planning on arrival, insurance, cultural adaptation and ongoing day-to-day support. RUGA works with the full scope.
Do you work with companies relocating employees to Spain?
Yes. We manage the international mobility of executives and their families for companies opening or expanding in Spain, with a single point of contact for the company and a fixed fee per move. We also work with professionals and founders relocating on their own account.
Which cities in Spain do you cover?
We work across Spain, with our own network of trusted specialists in Madrid, Barcelona, Marbella and Mallorca — the four destinations where most international families settle. One project manager coordinates the destination city and the central paperwork.
How long does a full global mobility project take?
Between 4 and 6 months from first contact to being settled when a visa is involved, and 12 to 18 months if the goal includes a specific place at a sought-after international school. In the first consultation we set a realistic timeline for each family.
